We will strive to produce every order with the flowers requested but please bear with us in these uncertain times as some countries we buy from are also affected. We will do our very best to supply the item selected, but we will also make suitable subsitutions in part or in full if we need to- WITHOUT NOTICE.
Normal delivery policy....
We hand deliver our own flowers locally in Edinburgh, and its surrounding areas. Your order can be placed online, or feel free to call us. We can arrange for flowers to be sent futher afield - National or International orders, these delivery options can be placed by calling us on 0131 639 6588 // 01875 632236
Letterbox' flowers
Our 'Letter Box' Flowers are picked, packed, and posted with Royal Mail Tracked delivery.
Please note..there is no standard size for letterboxes, they come in all sizes. Some houses don't have letterboxes, but instead wall mounted boxes for example.
Apartments and flats have very small post slots. Please consider that the boxes may be returned to the depot. No refunds or partial refunds will be given if this happens. Please be aware there are many planned dates for Royal Mail strikes. We cannot be held accountable for any late deliveries/ problems with flowers.

NO guaranteed 'AM' or 'PM' or timed deliveries although we will do our utmost to deliver wihin requested times we can not guarantee. Deliveries will be made between 8am-6pm. Orders will be left in a dedicated or place, or an area that we deem safe or with a neighbour and a calling card will be put through the door of the recipient where possible to advise of location. If there is no dedicated/safe place/neighbour the order will be returned to the shop and you will be contacted to arrange collection. Re-delvery can be arranged and shall be charged for. On Christmas Eve, orders can be collected before 1.00pm. We will not wait for latecomers, no refunds and no fresh replacement wil be given. Please take into account work addresses and delivery times, when placing orders.
